CCV-SERIES pendulum concrete Vibrator make 12,000~14,000VPM hitting three times per rotation between pendulum shaft and the vibrator head and remove all excessive water, air gap and impurities in concrete mortar so that concrete structure become stronger and better.

FEATURES

 

  • Pendulum concrete vibrators can remove all excessive water, air gap and impurity in concrete mortar so that concrete structure become stronger and better pendulum concrete vibrator is designed to effectively performed to expel the entrapped voids and compact the concrete.
  • The high rotation of drive unit transmits as high as 12,000 Vibration per minute into the vibrator head through the flexible shaft, ensures maximum compaction for the best possible finish.
  • It can be driven by three types of unit, gasoline engine drive unit, Diesel engine drive unit and Electric motor drive unit.

USE

Removing all excessive water, air and residues in concrete mortar to make Strong concrete structure and smooth surface
